Processing Times

Our most up-to-date processing times are found in the announcement bar of our website. Typically, during non-peak seasons, we will get your order to you within two weeks. During the holidays, processing time may take longer. We do our absolute best to get orders out the door as quickly as possible! If you're in need of an item sooner than this, we do have options for expedited processing. Please contact us with your requested date and we will get back to you ASAP!

Shipping

Upon check out, you are offered two shipping types: USPS First-Class and USPS Priority shipping. Once your item is stitched and ready to go, you will receive a tracking number. Should any issues arise with your package, please contact USPS with your package information so they can help you locate it. If you have not received your item 7-10 days after shipment, please contact us.
