FAQ

1) What fonts can be used and where do I find those?

Typically we include a picture in the listing of what fonts look the best on the item that you're interested in. If you are interested in something different than what we see there, please ask! 

2) What if I want to customize colors/fabrics for a certain item?

All of our items are fully customizable! We ask that you contact us before purchase to see if certain changes are appropriate. More complex changes may also come with a "custom request" fee.

3) How fast will I receive my item?

Our most up-to-date turn around time is on the banner of our website. This timeline is typically 2 weeks during non-peak seasons. During the holidays, turn around time may increase.

4) I need an item quicker than what your turnaround time. Can I rush an item?

Of course! Please message us before placing your order if you need an item rushed. If we are able to accept a rush order there will be an additional $5 "rush my order" charge, and buyer is responsible for paying any rush shipping that may incur.

5) Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of personalization, no. All items are final sale UNLESS it is a mistake made by Southern Stitched ATL. If there is something incorrect on your order please email us at southernstitchedatl@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item and we will get it taken care of.
